KATE GOSSELIN IS STILL BITTER

It’s been a year since Jon and Kate Gosselin’s very public split, but Kate can’t seem to let go of her bitter feelings toward Jon, whom she also condescendingly referred to as her “helper” on a recent episode of her new TLC show Kate Plus 8. A family friend believes that Kate is actually jealous of Jon, who is already talking marriage with his new girlfriend, Ellen Ross. Kate may also be jealous of Jon’s close relationship with their eight children. When the kids are with him — which is supposed to be every other weekend and some nights for dinner — they see his family and longtime friends, but when they’re with Kate they are often left with the help. “She has so many nannies and sitters, it’s ridiculous,” says the family friend. “Who knows what she’s off doing all the time — gallivanting and having people babysit the kids.” And while Jon isn’t part of the new reality show at all, Kate seems to revel in rubbing that in and excluding him. “She doesn’t even tell him the shooting schedule,” says the family friend, who notes that violates their custody agreement.
