They were on the road to divorce, but now Medium star Patricia Arquette, 41, and her husband, Hung actor Thomas Jane, 40, are headed back down the aisle instead! The couple, who wed in 2006 but split early this year, reconciled over the summer and are planning to renew their vows this holiday season. “They want to make a fresh start,” a pal explains. “The last time they eloped to Venice, Italy, so this time they’re planning a big family wedding in Los Angeles.”
