Dannii Minogue plans to get engaged this year.
The ‘X Factor’ judge, who began dating former rugby star Kris Smith last
September, has hinted she wants to settle down with the 29-year-old British
hunk in the next seven months.
Dannii, 37, is quoted by Britain’s New! magazine as saying: “I think I’m
looking at nesting this year… know what I mean?”
The couple have just returned from a lengthy visit to Dannii’s native
Australia, where they enjoyed spending time together away from the
limelight.
She said: “I’ve never been happier in all my life.”
It is rumoured the couple plan to announce their engagement during the new
series of British TV talent show ‘The X Factor’, which will start in August.
Dannii’s sister Kylie reportedly got engaged to her boyfriend of seven
months, Andres Velencoso, last month during a romantic trip to New York.
A source said: “Andres told her he wanted to wake up next to her every day
for the rest of his life. She asked him if she knew what he was saying and
if he was serious, and when he said yes and that he wanted to marry her, she
was thrilled."
