Kelly Osbourne has gone on a pre-wedding health upgrade as she prepares to marry Luke Worrall. The 24-year-old Brit has been cutting a super-slim figure in recent weeks, NW reports.

"I don't believe in diets," says Kelly, 24. "You've got to completely change your life."

Kelly shed some kilos for her role as Mama Morton in Chicago in 2007, but gained a few kilos when the West End stint ended.

Now she's looking super sexy and slim — while still retaining just the right amount of her curves.
