Nicole Kidman refuses to apologize

Nicole Kidman says she'd rather have an unsuccessful film than make a movie she doesn't believe in - and insists she lets her heart rule her head on projects, SS reports.

Kidman explains, "I am not going to apologize for it.

"I have kind of unusual taste, and sometimes it's mainstream and a lot of times it's not. I've been through a lot in my life.

"I think as an actor, your best work comes from the things you have been through, your experiences, so you are more willing to expose yourself. And as you get older you have more to give."
