Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony are not planning to break up in February 2009

"There is no merit to the article," publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnik, told E! News of the New York Daily News report, which claimed that the split would be made public onstage at Marc's show at NYC's Madison Square Garden on Feb. 14. Both have been spotted recently without their wedding bands, which may have fueled the divorce rumors, OK reports.

“Jennifer is planning on joining Marc onstage for a surprise duet," the report's source claims. "Things haven’t been right for a while now, and they thought it would be a bittersweet farewell.”
