Lacey Schwimmer is all smiles on Dancing With the Stars. But off the dance floor, the professional dancer admitted to In Touch that she’s been having a really rough week. After recognizing that she shared a lot of the same symptoms as her co-star Julianne Hough, who is being treated for endometriosis, Lacey went to the doctor. “I was ignoring the signs,” she tells In Touch. “Then I thought, ‘Better safe than sorry,’ and went in for a checkup. The news was not so hot.” But after being diagnosed with the gynecological disease, she was ready to return to work. “Everything is under control and I am back to focus on Lance,” she says about her partner on DWTS, Lance Bass, who spilled the beans to In Touch about another tragic event in Lacey’s life. “Her childhood dog passed away,” he reveals. “Yeah, he passed away,” Lacey confirms. “And I broke up with my boyfriend.
