HEIDI'S DAD DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE WEDDING!

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt eloped in Mexico on Nov. 20 -- but Heidi forgot to fill in her dad about the news! When asked if he'd heard about the quickie marriage, Bill Montag told Life & Style on Monday, “No, I haven’t heard from them. I’ve only heard about it because people have been calling me!” Asked how he feels about it, he said, “I don’t know. I have to see what happens. I got a text message from Heidi the other day, but that was it. I talked to her last week and she said they were going down there for a vacation for the weekend — that’s what she said.”

“I like Spencer,” Bill continued, “so it would be fine. I was hoping they would get married in a regular type of thing, like a church wedding. I certainly would want her to have another ceremony for people and her friends. We want to have a nice thing for her, that’s for sure. Unfortunately, she’s just like her father. She just kind of does what she wants to do, and that’s the way she is.”
