Mariah, has sparked rumors she may be pregnant by looking a touch more curvy that usual over the past few weeks, SUN reports.

A pal told US magazine tells Life & Style: "Mariah looked great, but she seemed to have put on a few pounds.

"Maybe she’s pregnant - or at least planning on it!”

Another source added: "They’ve been trying during their travels, and Mariah has seen her ob-gyn (obstetrician and gynecologist) several times recently in California - and not just for check-ups."
