"If he could breast-feed the baby himself, he would," says an insider. Still Camila Alves would like to have a nanny. "The house is getting messier, and neither of them is getting much sleep," adds the insider. "Camila wants to hire someone, but Matthew really objects. At least for the first few months, Matthew wants the two of them and their families to be the only ones caring for Levi."
