BROOKE HOGAN REVEALS HER SECRETS TO SLIMMING DOWN AND TONING UP!

Brooke Hogan really does know best — especially when it comes to shaping up! The 5-foot-11 star of the new VH1 reality series Brooke Knows Best has recently lost more than a dress size! “I’m in such good shape,” Brooke, who’s also working on her second album, tells Life & Style.
The secret? “I’m very healthy,” says Brooke, who loses weight slowly to make sure it stays off. “I eat super clean, all organic.” Her diet consists of small meals and snacks several times a day, including faves like tuna with low-fat mayo, grapes and walnuts and salad, fruit and almonds.
“I eat whenever my body tells me I need something,” explains Brooke, 20, “but I try not to eat too late at night. If I do, no carbs.” When she’s in weightloss crunch mode, Brooke also cuts out all bread and refined sugar. But even a health nut like Brooke splurges now and then. “Sometimes I get the biggest bowl of pasta I can eat,” she admits.
Of course, it’s not all about food. Exercise is also an important part of Brooke’s routine. She works out six days a week, usually in the morning and often with her super-fit dad, wrestler Hulk Hogan, 55. “Exercise combats cellulite,” she tells Life & Style. “I’m not a size 0, but I know everything’s toned.”
To get that way, Brooke does 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of weightlifting supersets (back-to-back reps). Plus, she works on her core with tons of crunches, so she can flaunt her abs in low-rider pants and tiny bikinis.
Along with her lifestyle, Brooke also has a healthy attitude about her body: “Sometimes I want to be a thin model. But I’m happy with my body — I think every girl looks at herself and wishes something else. I know I’ve got a beautiful body!”
