Prince Harry is helping rebuild a school for disabled children in the impoverished African nation of Lesotho, In Touch Weekly reports.

The prince got his hands dirty, pushing wheelbarrows and filling trenches, saying, "It would be wrong for a patron of a charity to not get involved." Prince Harry created the charity Sentebale with Prince Sessio of Lesotho in memory of his mother.
