Oprah Winfrey was spotted enjoying the best food and drink on her vacation in Italy, Daily Mail reports.

Stepping out in a figure-hugging white top and flowing skirt, Oprah's fuller frame was on show for all to see..

Joined by best friend Gayle King, the 54-year-old has been enjoying the sights of picturesque Portofino, one of this summer's most popular celebrity hotspots.

After browsing local shops and signing autographs for fans, a relaxed Oprah enjoyed some alfresco dining as she sipped a drink and munched on olives while chatting with Gayle.

Oprah looked thrilled to be eating and drinking what she wants after a self-imposed 21-day detox last month.
