A source tells PEOPLE Madonna introduced Alex Rodriguez to Kabbalah last year. "Her spiritual stuff definitely rubbed off on Alex," said the source.

Another source close to Cynthia Rodriguez says her husband's Kabbalah involvement caused a strain in their marriage.
