Two arrested on – suspicion of supplying drugs to Amy Winehouse The charges stem from the \video that appeared to show the troubled singer smoking crack cocaine, PEOPLE reports The two have reportedly been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and MDMA (ecstasy).
