Hooters girl Meaghan Cooper tells FoxNews.com's Pop Tarts column that Mario Lopez had secretly been dating her "on and off for the past 11 months," and that during that time, he had told her he was only with Karina Smirnoff due to contractual obligations, according to the report. Mario Lopez Cheated on Karina Smirnoff with Meaghan Cooper? Meaghan says she and Mario first met in Los Angeles four years ago — when she was just 18 — but reunited a year ago in San Antonio, where she was bartending. Meaghan will soon be in the spotlight as a contestant on the new ABC reality series I Survived A Japanese Game Show, premiering June 24.
