Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes warn LA's Petit Tresor The couple's lawyer reportedly wrote a cease and desist letter to LA's Petit Tresor accusing the store of giving "simply false" information about how much money the couple had spent. He said bosses leaked a false story to a magazine that Cruise and Holmes had splashed out more than £175,000 on its products since the birth of daughter Suri in 2006. The letter, obtained by TMZ, suggested that the boutique made the claims "for the purpose of enhancing [its] image and obtaining a commercial advantage".
