CSI star Gary Dourdan was formally charged with felony drug possession following his April 28 arrest , PEOPLE reports. Gary Dourdan formally charged with felony drug possession "If convicted, Dourdan faces a probation term and could be required to complete a drug treatment program," said Michael Jeandron, a rep for the Riverside County District Attorney. "If he completes it, the charges will be dismissed." Dourdan, 41, said, "Obviously I am embarrassed to find myself in this situation, and I am profoundly grateful to everyone for their support."
