Some people say pregnant woman are sexy as hell, and some certainly are. Their robust curves and glowing skin make them more beautiful than ever.

Then there are those that are not flattered by stampeding hormones and wildly fluctuating measurements. In all fairness, though, they were banged up before they were knocked up. Or at least this one was. See what I mean after the jump.

In tonight's good news corner is Eva Herzigova, bikini and lingerie model and hot mama-to-be. This photo was part of a shoot for Italian Vogue, so there is much airbrushing and subdued lighting to help this already gorgeous woman to look better in her delicate condition. Delicate? Even her bump looks toned. Yeesh.

Fighting for bad news is someone who is no stranger to the team, both with and without bump. In all fairness, she didn't have much to start with - have you seen what her mom looks like? - but she's made the best of a bad lot. Now she just needs to fix that bad set - of funbags hanging under her big square jaw.

Both women are seriously underdressed though. I've always thought pregnant pictures were a more private thing, something to share with your child when they get older. I'd be mortified if my son came up to me with a picture of my big, fat pregnant body for anyone to see. And laugh at. And have nightmares over. I couldn't live with that kind of guilt. I just couldn't.
