After Angelina Jolie's collapse on an 18-hour flight from Iraq to LA in February, Brad Pitt, 44, is anxious she's doing too much.

'Ever since she got pregnant, he's been begging her to slow down and take things easy,' reveals a source. 'He's hired a nurse, nutritionist, personal chef and trainer to be on hand 24/7.

'At first Angelina seemed reluctant to accept help. But rushing around for work and looking after four kids is taking its toll and she's started to listen to his advice.'

Angelina, 32, is rumored to be expecting twins, NOW reports
