During a live-to-air show, spaced-out Ashlee Simpson showed off an unsightly new tattoo she'd had done in her hotel room at the end of what seems to have been a very messy night before, NW reports.
When the Hot 99.5 Washington DC radio announcer questioned whether it was a rose or not, she giggled before mumbling, "No, it's a peoooonyyyy! The flower." |
