Well, it was well known that when Britney was at UCLA's medical center her parents stepped in between her and psych job, Sam Lufti. According to court documents, Lynn Spears claims her daughter has been drugged by the man. The went as far as to get a restraining order. Not to mention he threated the girl's life.

Why were Lynn and Jamie not present to stop those swarms of paparazzi and encourage her to stay inside? She may have been released because she became 'cooperative'; but honestly, they had no more legal power. How can anyone be sure she will stay away from Sam Lufti? Or he won't get to her? I think her life is in danger.
