Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lutfi is not being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department for drugging the pop singer, Page Six reports.
"We are not investigating Sam Lutfi," LAPD Officer Jason Lee tells Usmagazine.com. "We are not going to keep repeating ourselves: There is nothing."
In a six-page declaration (released last month), Lynne Spears had accused Lutfi of grinding up Risperdal, a sleeping medication, and Seroquel, an anti-psychotic drug prescribed to treat bipolar disorder, and giving them to Britney.
Lutfi himself admitted in an Us that he had given Britney "a handful of pills" to help her sleep. Britney, Lutfi told Us, agreed that the meds were helping her sleep.
