Paris Hilton has already found herself a new man - and Life & Style claims it's Joel Madden's newly-single brother Benji!

On Thursday night, Feb. 21, while partying at Villa nightclub in LA, Paris was with her sister Nicky and a large group of girls. An eyewitness tells Life & Style, "When she saw Benji, she only had eyes for him. She walked over and gave him a huge kiss. It was over the top and lots of tongue was involved!"

The Good Charlotte guitarist, who broke off his engagement from actress Sophie Monk only days ago, "hibernated in a corner booth with Paris and did not leave until 1:15am. The entire time, she stroked his arm and rubbed his leg as she whispered in his ear," says the eyewitness.

It just so happens that Benji's brother Joel is the boyfriend of Nicole Richie, one of Paris' close friends.
