There hasn't been much news about Lindsay Lohan since she entered Cirque Lodge - her third rehabilitation clinic this year. But that doesn't mean that Lindsay isn't causing trouble. She has allegedly broken up a marriage by having an affair with one of her fellow patients.

The man connected to Lohan is Tony Allen - frontman for the band Dead Stays Alive. Tony, 39, has a 29-year-old wife named Stephanie and eight-month-old twins Blake and Lakeland. He allegedly gave up his family life for a romp with Lindsay in a bathroom at Cirque Lodge, though.

A source close to Stephanie said, "She's has had it, period. They tried forever to have kids. She went through IVF three times and suffered two miscarriages, and when they finally got two beautiful babies, he hooks up in rehab with a girl half his age…He is trying to live out this rock star fantasy at 40. All Stephanie wanted was for him to be a good husband and father."

Tony publicly denied the affair. In an interview with "Extra," he said, "We're great friends. We share a common affliction, and we just talk about life sometimes." However he was overheard telling a different story to his pals. When asked about Lindsay, Tony allegedly said, "C'mon, it's Lindsay Lohan. Hell, yes! Wouldn't you?"

Allen gave more information on Lohan to "Extra." He said, "She's getting better every day. She's very healthy, very positive. She wants to present that to her public, to the people who care about her."
