Angelina Jolie reportedly gave a sign at eldest son Maddox’s sixth birthday party over the Aug 4 weekend, when she kept touching her stomach “absent-mindedly,� Life & Style Weekly reports

"Angie touched her belly absent-mindedly throughout the weekend. There was a definite protrusion from her belly," Life and Style quoted the source, as saying.

A friend of partner Brad Pitt also revealed that the actress has started taking care of herself.

“She finally got the message that people were worried and is taking care to eat well,� the pal said.
