While actress, Penelope Cruz 33, was in Vancouver working on the drama Elegy, rumored lover Josh Hartnett , 28, was spotted keeping leggy model Agyness Deyn company in NYC.

A source close to the Oscar nominee tells Star that “Penelope is very relaxed about her love life,� and a Josh insider insists the actor is faithful. “He’s frustrated, that’s for sure, because he’d like to see more of her,� adds the source. “But he understands she has to make movies, and has said he’d wait for her.�
