Lindsay Lohan had alcohol/cocaine in her bloodstream the night of accident

Lindsay Lohan is lucky she’s in rehab and out of the spotlight right now. The toxicology report from her May 26 car accident have just come back and they prove the starlet had been drinking and doing cocaine that night.

TMZ reports that “multiple law enforcement sources� have confirmed that Lohan "nearly twice the legal limit" of alcohol in her system when she was arrested on suspicion of DUI. She also had traces of cocaine in her bloodstream.

On the night of the accident, in which Lindsay crashed her Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb, there were two other adults with her. She was initially taken to a hospital before being arrested.

Blair Berk, Lohan's lawyer, told TMZ, "It's highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case…It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it."

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office told People magazine that they were not ready to charge Lohan with a crime yet, though her arraignment will take place on August 24.
