Orlando Bloom, who broke up with Kate Bosworth in September, isn’t enjoying the single life — he wants to settle down. “I’d like to live a proper family life with a partner and kids,� reveals the sexy star of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End (May 25). “I find the whole dating thing very hard.� Still, the hopeless romantic hasn’t given up on finding “the one.� “I like the idea of being in love,� says the 30-year-old. “When you fall in love, you want to think about that person all day long.� Plus, if he got married, it would give someone else something to smile about. “It would make my mother very happy!� admits Orlando.

2. Brad Pitt

Brad is a family man

He’s one of the biggest stars on the planet, but Brad Pitt says nothing compares to being a father. “It really changes your perspective on the world,� says the 43-year-old, who has four children (Maddox, 5; Pax, 4; Zahara, 2; and Shiloh, 1) with partner Angelina Jolie, 31. “Having kids is the most extraordinary thing I’ve ever taken on.� The Ocean’s Thirteen (June 8) star’s top priority is being the best daddy he can be. “I embrace the responsibility of putting your life second,� he says. Angelina, for one, is grateful: “Having a partner who is going to remember your history with the children is very special.�

3. Scott Speedman

Scott dresses to impress

Having almost made it to the Olympics when he was a 16-year-old swimming champ, Scott Speedman’s style is predictably sporty. “I like jeans and sneakers,� he says. “I own more than 30 pairs.� But that doesn’t mean the 31-year-old star of The Strangers (July 13) — who dated his former Felicity co-star Keri Russell — isn’t willing to take it up a notch for the ladies. “I do like suits,� Scott says. “But whenever I’ve thrown one on for a romantic night out, all my ex-girlfriends have just laughed and said, ‘Yeah, right!’

Fans of Tyrese Gibson go so crazy for him, they once pulled him off the stage during a performance at the House of Blues in Hollywood and sent him to the hospital with a pinched nerve! The 28-year-old star of Transformers (July 4) knows he’s hot, but the part of his body he likes best isn’t his six-pack — it’s his smile. “It helped me get my start in a Coca-Cola commercial,� he says. Surprisingly, Tyrese admits he doesn’t always get lucky with the ladies. “Girls turn me down — it happens all the time,� he says. “Especially if they’re in front of their homegirls!�

Josh wants to find “the one�

Josh Hartnett’s looking for love. After dating Katie Holmes and Scarlett Johansson, the sexy star of Resurrecting the Champ (August 3) has figured out exactly what he’d like in a woman. “I want someone who’s comfortable with herself,� says the 28-year-old. “I admire that most of all.� And Josh, who’s most recently been linked with Penelope Cruz, hopes his perfect match won’t be focused on looks alone. “You don’t stay the hottest guy forever,� he says. “As long as women still find me remotely attractive, I will be happy.�

6. Chris Evans

Chris was a geek in high school

He has dated some of the sexiest women on the planet — including Jessica Biel and Gisele Bündchen — but Chris Evans wasn’t always a chick magnet. “I was 140 pounds and had a bowl haircut in high school,� reveals the 25-year-old. “I didn’t have sex until I was a senior.� But now, ladies can hardly resist the Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (June 15) star, who admits that he works hard to look his absolute best. “I like to be in the gym,� he says. “I work out all the time. It makes me feel better.�

When it comes to picking up women, Aaron Eckhart relies on his Labrador retriever, Dirty. “When he was young, we would get stopped all the time. Now he’s 11, has arthritis and can’t move fast — and we get more chicks than ever!� says the star of No Reservations (July 27). Not that the 39-year-old needs help in the love department — he’s got classic good looks and is a perfect gentleman. “I was taught to be well-spoken and well-mannered,� he says. “And I’m not interested in playing games.� The icing on the cake? “I can also make pasta from scratch!�

Josh Duhamel is busy chasing after robots in Transformers (July 4), but in real life, he enjoys chilling out with his fiancée, Stacy “Fergie� Ferguson. “We don’t go out too much,� the 34-year-old says about his relationship with the Black Eyed Peas singer. “We rent movies, play with the dogs, swim and take hikes. We enjoy quiet time.� Josh and Fergie may prefer to keep things casual, but in the comfort of his own home, he likes to shake things up—literally. “He like dancing,� says Fergie, 32. “He dances for me in some very interesting outfits!�

Matt Damon is back for his third turn as Jason Bourne in The Bourne Ultimatum (August 3). But there have been a few big changes in his life since the original Bourne Identity movie in 2002 — the 36-year-old has gotten married and become a dad! He says that marrying Luciana Barroso, 31, in 2005 “had more of an impact on me than I thought it would.� And being a parent is his top priority now. “Fatherhood defies description,� says Matt about his 11-month-old daughter, Isabella, and stepdaughter Alexia, 9. “I feel like I got made a member of a club that I didn’t know existed.�

Zac grew into his good looks

Back in high school, Zac Efron went through an awkward phase. “I was a really short, skinny kid,� reveals the 19-year-old. “Plus, I had a huge gap in my teeth.� But the star of the film version of Hairspray (opening July 20) has definitely grown into his looks and become a sex symbol for women of all ages. “Older women appreciate my eyes,� admits Zac, who has been dating a younger woman, his High School Musical co-star Vanessa Anne Hudgens, 18, for more than a year. “The second I met him, I thought he was a really cool guy,� says Vanessa. “It’s hard not to have chemistry with someone who is so attractive!�
