Paris Hilton could get millions for prison diary

The Simple Life star Paris Hilton is to pen a prison diary.

The heiress, 26, plans to sell the blow-by-blow account after she serves her 23-day sentence for driving while banned.

A source said: “There will be details of clashes with prisoners and disgusting meals.

“She thinks this will show she is paying her debt to society.�

Paris must report to Century Regional Detention Facility in Los Angeles by June 5 after dropping an appeal.

Meanwhile, Music mogul Simon Cowell says Paris Hilton is a "survivor".

He says, "I feel a bit sorry for Paris to be honest with you. Does she deserve to go to jail? No, I don't think so. But she's a survivor.

"I'm not condoning what she did and I think she knows she made a mistake, but there's worse things in the world and I just feel a bit sorry for her."

He adds, "She can come and stay with me for 45 days."
