The positive pregnancy test left in Britney Spears's room!

Beauty Britney Spears has sparked rumors about a third pregnancy.

According to the March 22, 2007 issue of Smack That! , an ex-housekeeper for Promises Treatment Center is spilling details on Britney Spears reports associatedcontent.com

"A few days after Britney arrived at Promises, I went in her room to do my daily routine of cleaning. She (Britney Spears) was attending a class and so was her roommate."

"After I finished cleaning the bedroom area, I entered the bathroom so I could put up the clean towels and to my surprise, there was a pregnancy test laying on the sink counter. It had already been used and the little window said 'Pregnant'. It was one of those tests that give a digital reading ..."

"I don't know if it was Britney's or her roommates, but it belonged to somebody! And whoever that somebody is, she is pregnant."

The -housekeeper also reveals that Spears is a nice gal, but dirty.

"I was able to meet Britney a few times while she was in rehab. She is a really sweet girl. You could tell just by looking at her room that she loved her children and their father..she had photos of them on her nightstand. A lot of the staff talked about how she was having problems adjusting to rehab but I was never around her that much to see it."

"I have seen worse. But yeah, she did keep things messy. Mostly, it was clothes laying all over the place."

Last month, News of the World reported that Britney wanted another baby with Kevin Federline

A source claimed that Britney's time in rehab had given her the time to reconsider her separation from Kevin and was ready her to give their marriage another go: “Kevin has been a real tower of strength for her and she has finally decided to give their marriage another shot.�?

“She thought things were over between her and Kevin after his wild partying and gambling. She felt he had deserted her and left her to bring up their two children on her own. She never even dreamed she would take him back.�?

“But Kevin’s like a different man now. He’s never been so caring before, and is really worried about Britney. He’s been Britney’s rock during her difficult time, and she wants to give him another chance.�?
