Jennifer Aniston wants Ryan Kavanaugh to hire her?

On March 26, the actress dined on the patio of Hollywood eatery Il Sole with Ryan Kavanaugh, 32, - executive producer of hit films like Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift reports Star Magazine

Gossips say that the two appeared "cozy." The sighting sparked romance rumors. But insiders tell Star that the meeting was purely professional: Jennifer Aniston, 38, may be thinking of signing onto Kavanaugh's next blockbuster project.

"They were talking business the whole time," says a source.

"It was a business dinner," an insider tells Us Weekly.

"He's extremely wealthy," says a source. "He could definitely help Jen finance projects."

Still, the meal -- set up by friends -- did have a personal purpose, too reports Us Weekly.

Says an Aniston source, "It was a test run just to get her out with someone."
