Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott love plastic surgery

Most people would celebrate a new baby's arrival by buying some toys or a minivan. Not 33-year-old Tori Spelling and her 40-year-old husband Deam McDermott. This pair of reality stars have decided to toast their son Liam's arrival by getting plastic surgery together.

An insider told the National Enquirer, "Tori and Dean are marching in to get Botox injections. She'll also have her lips plumped with Restylane. While Tori usually gets injections every two months, she put them on hold after she got pregnant. But the last time she went in, she took Dean along for some Botox and made a convert out of him."

To deal with the baby weight she put on after giving birth to 6-pound, 6-ounce Liam, Spelling is considering another cosmetic procedure as well. The Enquirer's souce says the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star is looking into mesotherapy, which the magazine describes as follows: "The treatment uses combinations of different medications injected into the fat layer under the skin in small quantities." The procedure is said to get rid of cellulite and fat deposits. According to the insider, "Although it's still a controversial treatment, many people feel it's potentially less dangerous than liposuction."
