Paris Hilton's nude site closed
U.S. District Judge George King on Friday barred ParisExposed.com from peddling Paris Hilton's nude photos, sex videos, diary entries and other personal items. King issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting ParisExposed.com from displaying any of the items until a lawsuit Hilton brought against the site is resolved reports AP. ParisExposed.com offered subscribers Hilton's personal records and video footage of the hotel heiress in a "sexy bubble bath" and shots of the 25-year-old in "racy situations."
In other news, austrian businessman Richard Lugner has dismissed reports Paris Hilton’s management have threatened to sue him and his wife Christina over "self-promotional" birthday presents. Christina Lugner gave Hilton, who was the couple's guest of honor at this year’s Vienna Opera Ball, a watch, a Blackberry and a pair of skis for her 26th birthday. However, according to media reports in Austria, Hilton's management suspected promotional misuse and threatened legal action after the press conference presentation. But Richard Lugner insists he knows nothing about a lawsuit and hasn't been contacted by Hilton's management yet. He tells the online edition of Austrian newspaper Oesterreich, "I only heard of it through the media." |
