Britney Spears Shocks Hotel Staff With Crazy Behavior!

Britney Spears has reportedly left rehab for the second time! The pop tart had checked into Promises in Malibu for treatment but has now checked out, according to TMZ and Extra.

The 25-year-old singer had admitted herself into California's Promises Malibu
Treatment Center following concerns for her erratic behavior.

Her manager Larry Rudolph confirmed: "Britney Spears has voluntarily checked
herself into a rehab facility. We ask that the media respect her privacy as
well as those of her family and friends at this time."
Rudolph did not disclose what Britney was being treated for.
Britney's treatment is said to involve an immediate detox with 24-hour
supervision, followed by intense therapy sessions.
US reports claim the 'Toxic' singer has allegedly taken cocaine, ecstasy and
prescription drugs.

On February 15, Spears checked herself into Crossroads Centre -- a treatment facility founded by musician Eric Clapton -- only to check out the following day reports Us Magazine.

Extra also reports that Spears tried to get into a tattoo parlor before going home but it was closed.

On Friday "Extra" caught up with a then-brown-haired Britney Spears when she landed at LAX. When complimented by a photographer on her luscious locks, she replied, “Thank you, I think I’m going to keep it this way!� Then just a few hours later, as "Extra" reported on Saturday, she shaved her head at a salon in Tarzana, California.

After she shaved her head, Spears headed to a tattoo parlor in Sherman Oaks. She decided on two tattoos and a witness to the event, Emily Wynne-Hughes, spoke to “Extra.� About Spears demeanor, she comments, “She was definitely having a rough time.�

On her new look (shaved head), Wynne-Hughes says, “It did seem a little weird for her head to be shaved. But, she was coherent enough to decide what she wanted to have for a tattoo and there were moments throughout where she seemed like she’s have a good time.�

Britney Spears was back on the party circuit at a West Hollywood club two nights after shaving.

The 25-year-old pop star arrived at The Roxy in a blonde wig and sunglasses at about 11 p.m. Sunday.

Spears and her friends "sat by themselves," a source tells PEOPLE. "No one noticed her –- so much so that no one ever went over to her and offered her a drink or anything. ... She was wearing sunglasses for at least part of the time she was inside, which might have been why."

A private birthday party with about 80 people was taking place in the VIP section, which also offers karaoke. Spears stayed for about an hour and a half.

The New York Daily News also quotes a source saying Britney was spotted sitting alone in a black leather booth at the club.

On Saturday, at West Hollywood's Mondrian Hotel Spears' behavior concerned many onlookers reports Perez Hilton.

At 1 P.M. on Saturday, Britney arrived alone, wearing a blue wig, and she tried unsuccessfully to book a room. She had no money nor a credit card, just a piece of paper carrying a partial credit card number.

A spy who saw Britney at the hotel's check-in desk, says, "She was crying and apparently intoxicated. She kept saying: "Nobody wants me anymore".

After unsuccessfully trying to get a hotel room at the Mondrian, a couple of tourists felt sorry for Britney and took her upstairs to their room.

Spears went to the gift shop, where she picked a bathing suit.

After picking out a bikini, Britney then went to the pool and tried to shave her legs.

After a bizarre session by the pool, Spears tried to book her own room at the hotel.

"She tried to get a room again and couldn't get one," says a spy. "She was obviously intoxicated and the hotel didn't want to be responsible for what she would have done in the room."

Spears then tried to get a rental car but with no identification she was again denied.

"She was hysterical saying things like, 'Nobody wants me' over and again.'

In other news, Britney's non-stop partying is hurting her relationship with her mother, Lynne Spears, reports Us

"Her mom cries and begs Britney to calm down, but Britney just yells at her and tells her to mind her own business," a source tells Us.

And Britney's relationship with Kevin Federline has not helped the situation, reports OK! magazine

According to OK!, Kevin Federline and Britney got into a huge fight on Friday.

"They had a huge argument," says OK. "Kevin threatened Britney that he was going to have people test her hair to find out exactly what she's been up to. She was so scared. That was what made her have her head shaved."

On Monday, a tearful Lynne Spears told Access Hollywood, "We love our daughter."
