Marilyn Manson dating 19-year-old actress

Marilyn Manson's wife, Dita Von Teese filed for divorce from him last week, but the rockstar isn't crying over the split. Sources say he's already filled the void in his romantic life. Manson, 38, is allegedly dating Evan Rachel Wood, the 19-year-old star of his film, Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll.

Manson's relationship with Wood is said to be one of the reasons for his break up with Von Teese. A source close to the rocker told Us Weekly that rather than spending his wife's September birthday with her, he spent it with Wood. Wood was again by Marilyn's side for his own birthday last week. A birthday partygoer told Us Weekly, "They were like an old married couple. She was always right next to him and so attentive."

Dita was unaware of her rival until recently. A source close to her told People magazine, "Dita is heartbroken, she didn't see this coming." But while Dita didn't know about Evan, it's clear that Evan was well aware of Dita - and was taking notes from her. An insider told Us, "She has been trying to look like Dita, wearing sleek black dresses and hanging out everywhere he's been. It’s so obvious what's happening."

Evan is yet unwilling to fess up to her relationship with Marilyn. Her rep denied any hanky panky, telling Us, "Their friendship grew out of Evan's admiration for Marilyn as an artist." But Dita was willing to confirm the hook up without actually confirming it, saying in response to Us' query, "Sadly, the reports of our marital difficulties are true."
