Lindsay Lohan Parties After Surgery

Lindsay Lohan is doing great, following the removal of her appendix on Thursday, her manager-mom Dina tells Star Magazine.

"All is well - she is out of surgery."

"It was her appendix."

Lindsay seemed in no pain when she walked to her car coming out of Century City Doctors' Hospital.

Later , she dined at Pace and spent the rest of her evening at a West Hollywood club, heading home at 2:30 am!

Lindsay was hospitalized four times in 2006, for asthma, breaking her wrist, heat exhaustion and dehydration reports Ecanada.
