Rehab Runaway Nicole Ritchie: Back on Drugs?

After fleeing from the Beau Monde rehabilitation facility after a short stay of only 72 hours, super skinny starlet Nicole Ritchie seems to be back at her old bad habits reports Star Magazine.

Supposedly undergoing treatment for her excessive skinniness, Nicole's erratic behavior since her escape from rehab has friends questioning if drug and alcohol abuse may be involved as well.

Some friends did admit that Nicole Richie is looking better.

Nicole was spotted at the Chanel Fine Jewelry dinner looking healthy.

Nicole has had previous problems with heroin abuse, and is still on probation after a 2003 incident when drugs were discovered in her car. To make matters worse, she’s been seen partying with old pal Paris Hilton, and collapsed publicly on the dance floor of L.A. club Hyde November 3rd. She had to be helped to her feet and out of the club, but it seems that nothing can stop Nicole's partying pastimes, even threats from her father, Lionel Ritchie to cut off her access to his fortune if she doesn't mend her ways. Still, sources close to Ritchie report that her skinniness and troubled appearances are merely due to boy troubles and poor eating habits, not a real problem.
