Luke Wilson and Kate Beckinsale bicker on set

Luke Wilson has charmed many a Hollywood star - he's dated Drew Barrymore and Gwyneth Paltrow - but one woman who seems immune to his charms is Kate Beckinsale. According to Page Six, Kate and Luke dislike each other so much that it is threatening their upcoming film, Vacancy.

A spy for the gossip column claims that Kate is disgusted by Luke's frat boy behavior. The source says that, on the set, he often brags "all the girls he hooked up with over the weekend and how drunk he got." Wilson is also said routinely to come to work hung over.

In addition to his unprofessional conversations, Luke is also angering his co-workers with his requests. Another insider told Page Six, "He doesn't want anyone on the set in his line of sight except the director [and he is] outwardly rude and awful to Kate…He is a total diva."

The insider also reported that Wilson will send a stand-in to take his place when Beckinsale does her lines in scenes where he is off-camera. In retaliation, when Luke was ready to do his lines, Kate is said to have given him a picture of herself and a note saying, "Read your lines to this - it will be better for both of us."

Of course, reps for Wilson, Beckinsale as well as Vacancy's producer claim that the story is untrue. A source close to Luke said, "That is baloney. Luke is way too conscientious and uptight to ever be late. He is a consummate professional."
