Lindsay and Stavros hatch a plan

Lindsay Lohan seems to have moved on from her boyfriend of three months, Harry Morton quite quickly. But appearances can be deceiving. Though the actress was spotted “making out� with Paris Hilton’s ex-boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos this past weekend, sources for Page Six claim it was all a cover up for Lindsay’s broken heart.

Morton allegedly dumped Lohan on last Thursday at the Chateau Marmont. Though Lohan’s camp claims that break up never happened, insiders confirm that it did and that it has got Lohan fuming and ready for revenge. A spy for Page Six overheard Lindsay on the phone with Stavros on Saturday - only hours before the makeout session. The source claims Lindsay told Stavros, "No one can know I got dumped…You will look like a total stud, and it will drive Paris crazy [if we hang out together]."

Niarchos was clearly up for the plan as he was seen with Lohan at Dragonfly in L.A. According to another Page Six source, "[Lindsay and Stavros] held hands and made out all night and then drove in separate cars back to [Lindsay's] suite at the Chateau." TMZ.com also reports that the cohorts were seen “holding hands and dancing� that night.

Unfortunately for Lindsay, the plan might not help her to win Harry back. A Page Six insider said Morton dumped Lohan because "she was just too much for him. He tried to calm her down and succeeded a little bit - but it was exhausting. That, and she was extremely jealous and would harass him with texts, e-mails and phone calls constantly." And a TMZ insider says, "[Harry] says that [Lindsay] is always on her Blackberry and is too leechy and dependent. Also, Harry is sober, which is hard, because she is not."
