Fledgling rapper, Kevin Federline says Britney Spears is his toughest critic.
Federline - who is about to release his debut album 'Playing With Fire' - says his mega-successful pop star wife always gives him an honest opinion about his music.

He told Britain's Hello magazine "She helps me in every aspect. She's my wife so she's someone I trust, she gives me her real opinions."
The former dancer says his pop star wife also helped him choose the tracks for his first album.
He said: "When I first started, I would get really excited about songs and want to put it out there. But Britney would tell me to slow down."

Kevin Federline is set to make his musical debut at America's Teen Choice Awards in August.

Federline will close the awards show with his single "Lose Control," from his upcoming album Playing with Fire, USA Today reports.

Federline says the public will be "shocked" by his performance.

Federline says Britney Spears plans to be his date to the show – as long as the pregnant pop star, feels well enough reports People Magazine.

"This is my first big event, and I need her support and I want her support. If she's feeling under the weather because of the baby, obviously she won’t be able to be there," he said.
