Christina Aguilera is real

Dirrty singer Christina Aguilera may have found her soul mate.

The singer, who recently confessed to being so in love with her husband that she cries when she thinks about him, revealed that JORDAN BRATMAN had his first tattooed etched as a wedding present for her reports Contact Music.

The singer has a number of designs on her body, including 'Xtina' written on the back of her neck, but Bratman had remained tattoo-free - until the wedding last year (05). Aguilera says, "Yes, he really did do that. It is a wedding present for me. It's not about the money, it's about the effort!"

In other news, Christina Aguilera laughed when she heard record label executives who refused to offer her music deals as an unknown singer later lost their jobs.

The raunchy singer first hit the public eye in 1990 on various US talent shows, but was told by labels she lacked a distinctive voice. Aguilera also says she would never have entered the current batch TV talent shows to find fame, because negative criticism would have destroyed her. Shows like AMERICAN IDOL and THE X FACTOR are more like trial-by-television. She says, "It's great for the kids to show their talents - and if this is really what they want to do, that's a great way to start. "I'm not sure I'd enter now if I was trying to make it, though. The judges are so critical - I would be too afraid to fail!"

In 1999 RCA signed Aguilera and have released her hit albums Stripped and her self-titled debut.

She said: "Some of them said they had 20 other singers that sounded like me.

"Who's having the last laugh now, right? People definitely lost their jobs over that, I later heard."
