Spears known more now for flip flops, horrible makeup and flea market threads, was photographed leaving Fred Segal in Los Angeles in a white summer dress, gorgeous make up and a pair of sturdy high heels.

Saw Kfed on teen music award... he got the oh my god factor and it still sucked!! I think I liked that other song that he said was a joke...he had everybody with their mouth open saying thats it?!
