Russell Crowe and wife welcome new baby

Russell Crowe’s wife, Danielle Spencer has given birth to their second child together. Let’s hope the notoriously volatile actor didn’t get so excited by the news that he threw a phone at someone.

Crowe and Spencer are the proud parents of a baby boy who was born on Friday at 7:27 a.m. in Sydney's Royal North Shore hospital. The couple named their 8-lb. child Tennyson Spencer Crowe. According to Russell’s rep, "Mother, father and baby are doing extremely well."

Tennyson shares his middle name not only with his mother, but also with his brother, 2 1/2-year-old, Charles. When Crowe visited Jay Leno on the “Tonight Show� in March, he told of Charles’s reaction to his brother on the way. "[Charles] knows where the baby is in Mommy's tummy and knows that he was a baby once and there's another baby coming along. And we said, 'Bubba, what do you want to call your brother?' and his first option was Pumpkinhead. But then the next day, he revised it and he changed it to Stinky," said Crowe.
