Colin Farrell files for a restraining order against crazed woman

Colin Farrell has filed for a restraining order against the woman who confronted him during a TV show.

Dessarae Bradford was deemed a threat to Farrell by security on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno when she started moving towards him, hurling abuse.

Many of the audience assumed it was a planned comedy sketch, but it soon became clear that Bradford was a threat and security whisked her away reports MegaStar

“I’ll see you in court!� shouted Dessarae. Farrell, still able to come up with a witty retort under pressure, replied “You’re insane!� - the wag.

Now Farrell has deemed her behavior too worrying, and has filed for legal action to be taken.

In the court documents, the actor states, "I am concerned that her harassing behaviour has escalated and may pose an immediate threat to my well-being and the well-being of my family."

The temporary restraining order is in effect until Aug. 16, at which time a court hearing is set to allow Bradford to respond to Farrell's grievances.

Dessarae Bradford announced Monday that she has filed a lawsuit against the actor reports People Magazine.

This suit – for $10 million – is the third brought against Farrell by Bradford, who in November 2004 and July 2005 accused the actor of sexually harassing her. Both suits were dismissed.

At a press conference in downtown Los Angeles, Bradford defended her presence on The Tonight Show, saying her intention was to serve Farrell with a subpoena. She took umbrage at the actor referring to her as a "stalker," part of the basis of her slander complaint.

Bradford passed out copies of her self-published book, Colin Farrell: A Dark Twisted Puppy, to the 10 journalists present, and said, "Colin has hurt me so deeply, and I'm here to disparage the rumors and lies. I am not a stalker, and he's machete-chopped my name (in public)."
