Matt Damon's wife has a girl

Matt Damon’s wife, Luciana Bozan gave birth to their first child on Sunday in Miami. Their daughter, Isabella, weighed 7 lbs, 7 oz.

Matt’s brother, Kyle gave the news to People magazine, stating, "The baby is here. Isabella arrived yesterday." The actor’s rep confirmed, "Mother and Isabella are doing fine. The family is very happy and everyone's healthy."

Kyle added, "[Matt’s] a terrific uncle and he's going to be a wonderful father.� Referring to Luciana’s daughter Alexia, from a previous marriage, Kyle continued, “Thankfully, Lucy has some experience, so that will help. Alexia is a terrific girl. They're all really close, they'll be an intimate family."

Damon and Bozan began dating in 2003 and were married on Dec. 9, 2005 in Manhattan’s City Hall. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg attended the private ceremony.
