Lindsay Lohan is insecure

According to PageSix, hollywood beauty Lindsay Lohan is insecure. The Gossip magazine reports that Lindsay Lohan refuses to have other hot chicks sit at her nightclub tables. Lohan's bodyguard has been known to usher away young beauties who sit at her banquette, even if they're with her friends. PageSix's spy claims the bodyguard confessed to enforcing the rule while pleading with a nightclub slut to find a perch somewhere else.

Meanwhile, Lohan seemed to be enjoying herself at the Plumm Thursday night, where she briefly took over DJ duties from Samantha Ronson and danced up a storm. Also at the weekly "Incubator" bash were Rosario Dawson and lovely Lydia Hearst, who was accompanied by her new squeeze, Michael H., the club-crawling "brother" of Tommy Hilfiger.

In other Lohan news, the OC star Samarie Armstrong has defended her Just My Luck co-star Lindsay Lohan, insisting the teen actress only holds up production on movies when she is emotionally unstable reports IOL.

Lohan is often at the centre of reports she has delayed filming due to health issues, but Armstrong says the Mean Girls star is extremely serious about her movie career.

She says: "One thing that's amazing about her is that she's surrounded by so many people but was still very aware of our feelings. She was a normal person is what I'm getting at.

"She taught me that making a film, you're just as important as the camera is - you need to make sure you're balanced and ready for the film. I know she gets a bad rap for holding up production, but I understand it."
