Britain’s the Daily Mirror is one step closer to becoming a reliable new source. The tabloid that first published pictures of supermodel Kate Moss snorting lines of cocaine in a recording studio with her junky boyfriend, Pete Dohery has turned over their video footage of the incident to police.
A senior staffer at the Mirror (who refused to be identified) confirmed that the paper turned over the video under a judge’s orders. According to the Associated Press, no Daily Mirror employees would comment on the record. The British police also would not comment, but when the pictures were first published claimed they would investigate the effect of Moss’s behavior on young people.
Meanwhile, Moss’s behavior seems to have had little impact on her career. Though she initially lost deals with H&M and Chanel, she has since landed jobs with Roberto Cavalli and Virgin Mobile.

I don't think a video of an event like this constitutes a jail sentence unless maybe they went to the studio and picked up residule cocaine traces. Let's hope not. If so they are using her as an example since she is so high profile.
