Jude Law's dreams of winning an Oscar for his upcoming movie have been
dashed. because of his sexual promiscuity.
Film bosses have scrapped their campaign to win an Oscar for 'All the King's
Men', a political epic expected to garner acting nominations for both Law
and Sean Penn.
The film's release has been postponed from December to an unspecified date
next year.
The official reason is that the movie is "unfinished" but Sony sources claim
executives have also been disturbed by an audience focus group, according to
Britain's Sunday Times newspaper.
The viewers praised Penn but came down hard on womanising cheat 32-year-old
Law, whose love life has come to resemble that of 'Alfie', the philanderer
he played last year in the Hollywood movie.
Men in the group said they had seen too much of Law, who appeared in five
films last year, while women said they had a "negative impression" following
headlines about his relationships.
Earlier this year, Law admitted to his actress fiance Sienna Miller he had
cheated on her with his children's nanny.
