Jude Law and Sienna Miller finally admitted to getting back together at last night's Casanova premiere, but before that, they were doing some major reconnecting. Though Sienna's been spotted leaving Jude's London home many an early morning, it wasn't until just recently that this couple had a chance to share some real quality time. According to the Sun, that quality time took place at Santa Monica's Shutters on the Beach. A romantic 1920s-style resort, Shutters was where Sienna chose to stay while she shot a Pepe Jeans ad with Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo. But when the cameras weren't rolling, she and Jude were going for a proverbial roll in the hay. A source at the hotel said, "[They] barely [came] out of their room. [They] told staff they [wanted] to be left alone." Whatever the couple did behind closed doors certainly revitalized Sienna. The actress had been appearing rather run-down as of late, but she looked totally refreshed at her premiere.
